How long does it take for my custom-made order to arrive order to arrive?
Suits, Jackets, and Coats
We aim to deliver our Custom Made Suits within4-6 weeks
Shirts:
We aim to deliver our Custom-Made Shirt orders within 2-3 weeks
Do you offer a tailoring service?
Gentlemen’s District partners with a master tailor to establish the perfect fit for your custom-made garment. We will either have a tailor onsite for your final fitting or coordinate a good time for you and the tailor to do an in-home fitting.
Can I cancel my order?
All made-to-measure orders are final sales.
How do I place an order by phone?
To place an order by phone, please call 678-628-9753 and one of our team members will assist you. Leave a voicemail with name, what you kind of garment you are looking to craft and your time frame and we will schedule a Zoom call.
Will I have to pay sales tax on my order?
Sales tax is dependent upon the state in which you will have the order shipped. Sales tax is calculated at checkout.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Shopify Payment, Google Pay, and PayPal.
How do I track my order’s shipment and progress?
You will receive email updates on the processing of your order as well as confirmation of shipment. When your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number for the package.
What is the cost of shipping my order?
Shipping cost is dependent upon the shipping method chosen at checkout, as well as the size and weight of the items being shipped.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we do offer international shipping.
How do I return items from my order?
All made-to-measure items sold on www.gentlemensdistrict.com are Made-to-order and cannot be returned.
What if I want to exchange my item for something else?
All purchases are considered final sales, and cannot be returned or exchanged except for ready-to-wear items.
Can I ship my order to a P.O. BOX address?
We strongly recommend not shipping your order to a PO Box as some of our garments ship on the hanger in an upright garment box.
How do you handle damaged or defective items?
If you believe you’ve received a damaged or defective item, please contact our team and be sure to include the following information: Please include the original order number, your current shipping
address, and photographs of the defective or damaged item.
How should I take care of my garments?
We advise dry cleaning.

What does Gentlemen’s District recommend regarding wear and tear on a garment?
Wear and tear are normal and eventually unavoidable. Gentlemen’s District is not responsible for the wear and tear
of a garment. Clients are advised to please read the garment care advice and take caution from our Clothiers to prolong the life of the garment. Some specific wear and tear is a result of certain behaviors, habits, and body shapes. Clients are advised to consult with our Clothier for the most appropriate clothes if wear is expected in certain areas. Trouser wear in the crotch is reasonably common for some men who rub in this area. Clients should
please note that more delicate and luxurious clothes will fail quickly in these conditions.
